Green and white tweed skirt by Zara!

Brand new with tags, has rhinestone buttons on the front pockets (pic 3). so so cute but was too small and I couldn't return it :( label size XXL, waist laying flat is about 18.5in, length is about 16in Item is in excellent condition and is brand new with tags. Has only been tried on a couple times to check the size.
