Vintage solid oak hutch

Pick up near Old Mill TTC Station. Approx. dimensions: 28"W x 16.5" D x 37" H ~10 years ago I refinished it and replaced the pulls, but the hinges are original. I still have the original brass pulls it came with which are included as well if you wanted to switch them back. Two things to note: 1) There is a watermark on the top from the last year - I started to try to fix it, but obviously never got to finishing it. It's a super sturdy piece though so refinishing it again won't be a problem. 2) There is a cutout section of the backing plywood (currently taped over with cardboard). Once upon a time I used this hutch as a media cabinet so the cutout was to run cables through. You could easily take the cardboard piece off and use it again this way.
