1901 Royal Doulton E298 Tea Cup and Saucer Set (3)

At the beginning of the 20th century, the very year Royal Doulton earned its royal name, these cup and saucer sets started entertaining, consoling, celebrating, and hearing the stories of all who held them. They are delicate, well-loved, and full of character but after 125 years they aren't perfect. Two of the cups have crazing on their exterior base, one of these also has some crazing on its side (as pictured). Saucer surfaces and the insides of the cups are doing just fine though. These are a lovely option for some quiet personal tea time, afternoon visits with a few friends, or an antique formal touch after supper.
