The Archer's tremendous headroom, resulting from its 18v internal circuitry, lends it a very amp-like feel, and its trio of control knobs let it do everything from transparent clean boost, to chimey mid-range drive, to a singing, velvety lead voice. The Output, Gain, and Treble are highly interactive, enabling a huge range of boost and overdrive tones from a very simple, easy-to-use control set.
