ThinkPet Dog Jacket Water-repellent Reflective Rain Coat 3XL Pink. Bought for my dog but she outgrew it. Good for Medium Sized dogs. Length from collar to end is approx 20.5". Has fleece on the inside so provides some warmth. Has a zipper on top if you have a harness leash. Closes with velcro around the chest and neck so there is flexibility with size.
