I bought this last year and had to remove the battery for storage it was not allowed. All you need to do is install a new Battery and take off. Adult owned and in excellent condition just needs a battery because nyc is serious about e bike and e scooter batteries. You can get a new one for about $60-$100 on amazon. Scooter costs $500 original.This is a black Hiboy electric scooter. It's foldable and includes a kickstand. It's suitable for quick trips around town.
