Hand built in the UK. 5 gears, 22.5" frame. The rack on the back was a custom addition. Steel frame, the saddle is real leather. Price is firm. Low offers will not get a response. In great shape. I am moving that is why I am selling it. Rarely has been used and it is almost new.
