Xbox One / Xbox One S Optical Disc Drive

What it is: Original OEM internal Blu-ray / DVD BD-ROM Optical Disc Drive (Model: DG-6M5S / DG-6M5S-02B, Part: X905200-012). Origin: Harvested from a Microsoft Xbox One gaming console (manufactured November 2017). (Not able to test!) Repair Use: Ideal replacement drive mechanism or laser lens assembly for Xbox One consoles experiencing disc reading errors, disc jamming, mechanical ejection failure, or grinding sounds. (Note for buyers: drive logic daughterboards are paired to the original Xbox motherboard, so swapping the PCB or laser mechanism is standard during repair). DIY Project Ideas: Excellent source of high-precision stepper motors, worm gears, laser pickup assemblies, and micro-switches for robotics, custom laser etching experiments, or mechanical tinkering.
