Janet Mitchell original art framed

This framed artwork is by Canadian artist Janet Mitchell. ( 1912-1998 ) Watercolor of harbor Her work is held at the National Gallery of Canada and many galleries worldwide. This original work was framed and purchased from the original Fleet Gallery on Albert Street in Winnipeg . Measures 28” x 27” in original frame . Late 1960’s to early 70’s . Janet Mitchell is listed as a wanted to buy artist at Mayberry fine art in Winnipeg. There is a tiny mark or blemish on one corner not really noticeable but did photograph.
