JBL LX55 Speakers

Up for sale are a heavy pair of JBL LX55 Floorstanding Speakers in black ash vinyl. These were excellent USA made speakers in the late 80s that performed well in many genres of music. The good: Heavy build, nice titanium tweeter and treated lightweight cones to provide fast response. Front baffle foam treatment to absorb standing waves The bad: Cabinets are a bit beat up Woofers need reforming One port has some broken plastic Badges missing Grills have some holes on corners but look fine Specs: Spec: 8 Ohm, 10-200W, 92dB/w/m, 40Hz-20Khz Drivers: 1" pure titanium tweeter, 5" middle woofer, 10" woofer Size: 26-1/2"H x 13-3/4"W x 11-3/4"D, weight ~ 50lbs each.
