Moving in mid-April (April 15th) for work, leaving this 1 bedroom in a house (7 bedrooms total) for someone to take! Lease ends in August with option to renew for another year. Women only, LGBT friendly. Ideally a student or young professional. No pets allowed. It is right by the McKernan Belgravia LRT station, easy access to the University and downtown. Great for students or professionals. It is a basement unit, separate side entrance, lots of natural light. More photos will be attached soon. Shared bathroom with very clean roommate. There's 4 tenants upstairs (no contact with them besides anything that affects both floors) and 3 downstairs (you and two other tenants.) Both roommates are very friendly with fluctuating schedules, you'll be able to have your own time in the common space as well as shared. All utilities and shared laundry included except for WiFi ($25). Garage is free to everyone for storage, mostly street parking and maybe driveway parking available. I don't drive so you'd have to talk to the property manager about that.
