2013 Honda civic lx (Clean title, 2nd owner, 151K km)

Selling my Honda Civic LX 2013, 2nd owner clean title, no major accident, rear bumper changed 2 years ago under small fender bender 1 claim, driven mostly in city for kids pick up and drop off, owned this since winter 2022, regular synthetic oil change every 6-7K km, normal maintenance, been using as a 2nd vehicle since last year, minor scuffs and scratches by normal use , tires are decent, nothing major needed, comes with back up camera and recording cam installed with the screen on the rearview mirror, asking 12,500, serious buyers please, located in surrey Scott road and 76 Ave. Thank You.
