Handmade Turkish Wool Rug (Large 14' x 10')

Original owner, purchased in 2014 in Istanbul for US$10,000. Dimensions are 172” x 122.5” (not including fringe). This wool on wool rug is in pristine condition and made in the traditional Turkish double-knot style. It's hard to get a good photo where it sits, as I moved and it's far too big for my current living room. The outer two-foot border features a deep red base with traditional symbols, and the center section has a black base with an intricate floral motif.
