Onewheel Pint GT40 Range Extender

This is the GT40 Range Extender, a popular plug-and-play external modification kit designed to boost the battery capacity of the Onewheel Pint and Onewheel XR. It adds a 63V 5Ah auxiliary battery pack on top of your board's fender. The hardware is the GT40 Onewheel battery housing. Performance & Range Impact: Pint Range Boost: Triples your stock range, up to 25–30 miles per charge. XR Range Boost: Nearly doubles the total riding distance of a stock XR setup. No Soldering Required: It functions as a plug-and-play mod, routing power directly into the front controller lead. Hardware & Firmware Compatibility: The GT40 works with most original Onewheel Pint and XR models. However, there are two limitations: 1. Older Firmware Required: It will not work if your Pint has been updated to newer factory firmware (such as Gemini 5059, 5069, or Gemini 5100). 2. The Chip Bypass: If your board has updated firmware, you must install an internal aftermarket bridge chip (like an OWIE chip or JWFFM chip) to bypass Future Motion's battery pairing restrictions.
