Blue and Brown Puffer Vest with Penguin Zipper Pull

This size 3 Pleasemum puffer vest is blue and brown with chevron detailing. It has a soft fleece lining and a cute penguin zipper pull! The fleece lining is very warm for the cool days. It was bought new and was only used a few times. Its in new condition and comes from a clean non-smoking home.
