It is in Perfect condition Great traction, brakes are amazing and two wheels - folds too it's so perfect - see photos for description on box Says it is for 3+ has three handle bar adjustments - comes with instructions and Allen key Says it is for someone up to 5"2 but I disagree - it's too small for us ( reason I'm selling ) It would be perfect for 4-8 year old Message if Interested and want to try first
