Working condition toy, uses batteries (included). Comes from a pet free, smoke free house. Only problem is that when turning backwards, it starts to move in a clockwise direction. Still pretty fun to play with, and doesn’t have controls to move left or right. He can also say a few words if you press the buttons. His steam changes colour when he speaks or moves. Also has a remote control .
