Brand new Aldo women’s boot

Outer layer peeling (last picture) but it’s on the inside edge of one of the boots - not visible when walking. Happened while the shoes were stored. Fell in love with these at the store, but I was “saving” them for a special event. I’ve stopped wearing heels, so my feet don’t feel right in them anymore. I’ve never worn them outside, I’ve only ever tried them on twice (once at the store, once recently at home). I bought them for $75+tax. *I do not have the original box, but I can hand them off in a reusable bag* Price is firm.
