United Pressure Cooker

This is a United stainless steel pressure cooker. It comes with a secure handle and weight valve. There is a slight problem with it, but I thought you might know how to fix it. You can still use it after fixing it. It does cook food, but there’s just something slightly wrong with it that I couldn’t figure out. I’m giving it away for free.
