Vintage 15L Italian Glass Wine Demijohn (Damigiana)

Authentic Vintage 15-Liter Italian Glass Demijohn (Damigiana) Available as part of an online estate sale, this beautiful 15-liter glass demijohn was manufactured in Italy by the renowned Vetreria Etrusca (marked with their signature triangle "V" logo and "15" capacity stamp on the base). Dating back to the late 20th century, these heavy-duty, teardrop-shaped glass vessels were traditionally used across Italy for fermenting and aging wine. It comes housed in its original protective, heavy-duty two-piece plastic basket wrapper with built-in carrying handles. The front shield features a handwritten vintage note from its last batch ("Vino Vecchio 2013"). Whether you are a home winemaker looking for a high-quality glass carboy, or a collector looking for a stunning, rustic piece of European decor (looks incredible cleaned up as a floor vase or filled with fairy lights!), this is a fantastic piece of history. Details & Dimensions: • Manufacturer: Vetreria Etrusca (Made in Italy) • Capacity: 15 Liters • Material: Thick, heavy, clear molded glass • Condition: Excellent vintage condition.
