Vintage 1999 Porcelain Miniature Tea Set - Hard to Find!

EUC vintage 41 piece children's porcelain tea set. Comes with 2 candle sticks, tea pot, cream and sugar bowls, 4 sets of cutlery, 4 napkins and napkin rings, 4 tea cups and saucers, and 4 plates. There are no chips or cracks. The only issue is that one of the napkins has tea stains from a tea party I had with my grandma as a child. Otherwise it is in perfect shape. I do not have the original box, but it has been stored in a box with each piece wrapped individually.
