10K Gold Star Necklace

A 10k (possibly 18k as the stamp is hard to read, but I’m 95% sure it says 10k!) gold necklace with a double sided star. One side has diamond etching to give it depth and shine, and the other side is flat and smooth. The necklace can be worn either way.
It’s from the 70s I believe (it was my grandmother’s), but I’m not sure on the brand.
