Vintage 1968 Hot Wheels 2-Way Super Charger for Parts

I think this unit needs works to get the motor inside running and it also is missing a track piece for the upper level to allow it to connect to older hot wheels track so selling it for parts, also might be good display piece for hot wheels collectors.
