Gold-Toned Greek Signet Ring with stones

Elegant Gold-toned signet ring has a circular face with pave-set clear stones. The band is decorated with a Greek key pattern on the shoulders and sides. This piece is made of a yellow metal with a polished finish. Large (possibly size 12 or 13) It’s stamped 18k but I do not believe it’s gold.
