PRECOR S3.15 Home Gym

The Precor S3.15 is a versatile single-stack home gym strength training system designed for comprehensive full-body workouts with a compact footprint. This system features innovative "floating arms" that can be set to a fixed position for standard chest presses (allowing for close, regular, or wide grips) or a floating position for exercises such as flies and rows, providing a wide range of motion. It includes dedicated stations for upper body pressing/pulling, and lower body exercises like leg extensions. This system also includes a full leg press station and two auxiliary stations for attachments. The stack has 200lbs of weight. Accessories included are a lat bar, 18" straight bar, ankle strap, and ab/tri strap, tricep rope, double D handle, and 2 heavy duty foam handles. This is an excellent system and works like new. It is disassembled and ready for pickup!
