This has been used in a clean temperature controlled environment, so the back is pristine (unlike many I've seen that are sticky and faded). Includes box, cable and manual or basically new. Books are easy to load by either plugin it into your computer or through wifi. I can reset to factory new, download the suggested desktop software ( where you buy and sync books to the device) and updated the e-reader software to the latest version.
