Sven grey arm chair from article

Sven arm chair from article. Evidently very well loved, from my cat. Haven't sat in it too much myself, downsizing as well so can't take it with me. I also don't have the knowledge on how to fix the corner, but assuming someone could potentially fix it up nicely for that corner. Just washed all the cushion covers and vacuumed it up. Pick up only.
