Free! Comes as is. Very sturdy, great bones! The walls are solid, no structural issues. The only thing is that it has drawings and paint all over so you’d want to sand it and repaint it. The stains that look like water damage aren’t that; that’s just spread out watercolour paint (the wood isn’t damaged). Great DIY project! Pick up near Broadview and Cosburn.
