Selling my 3-piece soft velvet/micro-suede set that includes: a 3 seat sofa, a loveseat and a swivel chair. All olive green in color. Seat cushions tufted with matching buttons, except for the swivel chair. All pillows/cushions are reversible, so you can flip them and ensure they wear evenly. The sofa comfortably seats 3 with room to spare, the loveseat has plenty of space to cuddle, and the swivel chair tilts, turns and spins - it's both cute AND functional. The set is soft, modern, comfy, and great for hosting! I am downsizing from a big house in Lethbridge to a teeny-tiny apartment downtown Calgary, and I have to part with my furniture - although I really don't want to... 😞 They're all in great condition, and ready for their new home. I purchased the set for $2,900 from Leon's in 2021, I'm only asking $800 for all 3! Would really prefer to sell them as a set, feels wrong to split them up. 🥺 $800 if sold as a 3 piece set. $400 for 3 seater, $300 for loveseat, $200 for swivel chair. Must be able to pick-up and transport them yourself.
