looking for a house mate

I would like to have a companion, either rent a room, or share the house. I have a new industrial washer and dryer, house keeping every Wednesday, unlimited wifi, must like cats and be very careful not to let them out. There is a rose garden in the back yard, and parking space for another car behind me. I live in Bayridge, and there are also 3 bust stops at the corner, should you need one. Only females please.
