Unit bought July 2022, but only used for 2 weeks for elderly aunt who had to move in with me due to illness. It is literally almost brand new.  Comes with 2 AC cover bags/storage bags/remotes/window brackets (the extra parts belonged to a previous unit), and 1 window hose. Brackets can be used vertically & horizontally. Rarely needs to be emptied of water. Cools down 700 sq. ft. Original cost with tax: $678.
