two brand new counter height, black chairs, solid

I purchased these on May 6 Amazon bought two sets one and white one and black open. The black tried them with my two new tables found out they’re too big. I should’ve measured first so I sent the white ones back for a refund, but because I assembled the black ones and didn’t keep the packaging I cannot get a refund or send them back. I paid $274 for the pair. I’m going to knock off $74 and just charging 200 my loss your gain. They are brand new. I have not used them just sat on them to see how solid they were once.
