Private room for rent

My roommate of 5 years is moving to Mexico to follow her dream of sunshine, salsa dancing and art. So, I’m looking for a new roommate. The house is spacious about 1200sqft, there’s a shared back patio and a nice front balcony for morning sunshine and coffee. The house is furnished, but there is space for more things to make it feel more like home. There’s a small space in the back yard where we can garden as well. The landlords are super kind and easy to get along with. I’m a creative, I work in film as a prop master. I’m community minded and love to cook, craft, fire spin, travel, forage mushrooms and brew mead. I’m part of the burner community as well. Rent is 1250 plus shared utilities/internet. Looking for someone likeminded, mutually respectful, and easy going.
