Card is clean gonna send it back to PSA if it doesn't sell by the end of the month possible 9 which is more than $3k at the moment only reason it got a 4 is because there's a small crease on the top of the card which can be easily removed as its not damaged, someone with the correct equipment (usually cost at around 60-100$ for a crease removal) otherwise the card is in NM condition in a good day this card can get a 10 if lucky haven’t seen a cleaner expedition charizard holo on Ebay, can provide more pictures if needed.
