Chairs in pictures are not included, but may be open to including ottoman for a little bit extra. Both love seat and couch are in good condition. The couch is also a Hide a bed - mattress is in great shape and looks new, rarely used. Coming from a pet friendly home, never used without the covers. It has a marking on the arm of the couch but it isn't ripped, I've shown a pic of it. No stains and is structurally sound. Cushions still good, no sagging. Covers can go with it if you want them. (covers were purchased off Amazon). Will need help to load.
