79" Grey Futon + Rug - Beige

Selling my grey sofa bed/futon and beige area rug. Both are from a non-smoking, pet-free home. Sofa Bed/Futon (retail $400): 79" long. Lightweight and easy to move. It has some water marks from when I tried cleaning it but got tied lol. Easily removable with a proper clean. Area Rug: (retail $200) 170 cm × 240 cm. Used but well cared for. Vacuumed regularly and kept clean no spills or major stains. Sad to part with them, but my new place already has furniture!
