Nissan Altima Sedan Mechanic Special

Selling a 2012 Nissan Altima 2.5 SL with 218,000 km. Original owner. Being sold completely as-is will need to be towed. The Good: Engine and transmission were running fine up to a couple weeks ago - car won’t start now due to problems listed below. No active fluid leaks from the engine or transmission pans New Michelin Costco Defender Summer tires (used 3 seasons) - depending on offers I may want to keep these once towed. New rear brakes and rotors. For extra amount can include extra front and rears pads and rotors. New catalytic converter, up and downstream O2 sensors, struts, springs, shocks and other parts Good leather interior What Needs Immediate Attention: Power Steering Rack & Pinion. Had a fast hydraulic leak and has now failed. Car is not drivable and will need to be towed. Rust: Has typical age-related underbody rust. The oil pans have heavy surface rust but are NOT currently leaking. Slow Oil leak from top valve cover gasket - diagnosed by my mechanic after washing the engine bay. Not expensive to repair and I was going to do that until the steering failed. Car has some rear and side damage from accidents. Rear was hit in 2020 while I was parked by a guy working for me who hit gas instead of brakes while parking behind me - no damage to his car. Prior to that I turned into a dimly lit light standard from park needing new passenger door. Most recently a guy back into me at Costco pushing in a rear fender but again no damage to his car. Service engine soon light has been on for last few years - I suspect air leak due to faulty PCV valve as I have fixed exhaust and up and down oxygen sensors but also have air intake boot available if that is the problem open.
