Private room for rent

Available April 1st for short or medium-term rental. Master bedroom in a 3-bedroom basement. The place includes access to a large backyard, a medium-sized kitchen, a small bathroom, and on-site laundry. You'll be sharing with myself and my friendly dog, Daisy. Walking distance to a Rec Centre, schools, and transit. Most grocery stores are about a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk away. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, TV, computer, fridge, microwave, and has a locking door with a security system. This is a queer-supportive household and a safe space. Female, Trans, non-binary, students, or Queer individuals are preferred, but the overall vibe is most important. 🌈 Please no couples. Accommodations can be made for a single parent. Rent is $675, with first and last month's rent due. Single months are available for those needing a safe place to land.
