We need a Handyman

Hello all ✊ My mother needs some help hanging curtain rods up into the ceiling (4) . Only problem is the roof is cement . There isn't enough wall to hang it from the walls . She lives on Gilder Drive near Midland and Eglinton. Please get in touch if this is something you may be able to help us with . She has all the pieces , screws ,hooks , rod . She just needs someone to help place the brackets in . Thank you
