Tool or workshop bench legs

I wish I remembered what tool of mine this went to but I can't. You can add a top to this in pretty much any size you want but the metal top area is about 24x14. The middle shelf area is about 20x30 and the base is about 27x38. On leg shows a little rust at the plastic foot and one leg is missing the plastic foot.
