Loft bed frame with Double Mattress

I had to move to a smaller space and my Double loft bed does not fit into my bedroom and I need to find/ invest in a twin loft or bunk. We have enforced the centre beam due to the thick and supportive mattress being used. The ladder has had to be attached to the wall as my small room would be lost if the ladder was where it is designed to be. It can easily be reattached to the bed. The mattress is a bit worn but still in great shape. No sheets, pillow, blankets or additions are being offered. Only the bed frame, ladder and mattress.
