Pandora Harry Potter Bangle

The bracelet is made of silver and has 'I open at the close' engraved on it. The wings on the snitch move, too! Including a Harry Potter charm (i don’t believe that the charm is authentic pandora but is still nice!) slight tarnishing but not super noticeable and might be able to be polished out.
