It appears used and dirty in the image. 2) In working condition vintage Milwaukee disc grinder/sander with the model number 5028115V2. Voltage: 115V Amperage: 15A Frequency: 50-60 Hz Speed: 10,000 r/min 3) NONE WORKING SANDER. The motor works, but the base does not vibrate. Could be an easy fix. It is a vintage Black & Decker finishing sander kit, likely the U-140 or a similar model from the 1970s or 1980s. It is a corded, 1/3 sheet orbital or finishing sander. The kit includes the sander, a hard plastic carrying case, and the original user manual. The design is characteristic of vintage Black & Decker tools with the bright orange plastic body.
