This Q POWER TC-200 transformer steps up and down voltage. It's a 200W unit. It includes a fuse and can select input voltages of 110V, 200V, 220V, or 240V. Output voltages are 110V and 220V. Note: it has a uk plug. So you will need a convert (uk to us), which is about 5-10 dollars.
