Perfect for a starter home or rec room. This was a quality piece a few years back. Solid hardwood construction. Heavy. We had it professionally recovered in faux leather that has lasted well. No tears or holes but it could do with a good clean with a leather treatment. The matching ottoman was covered at the same time in the same material. Also in very good condition. Smoke free home but our wee Yorkie loves sitting on it. Purchaser to pick up and transport. Recommend two people as I cannot help.
