2009 Toyota Prius Needs Engine Work or Engine

Selling my 2009 Toyota Prius hybrid with approximately 390,000 km. The vehicle starts, runs, and drives, but has a major engine issue. The engine shakes and knocks heavily while idling, runs noticeably better when driving but not well. The check engine light is on. One ignition coil has been replaced, but the issue persists. Not sure what is wrong with it but can supply codes. Info: - 390,000 km - Hybrid battery still installed - Small rear quarter window near the trunk was broken by a rock thrown from a lawn mower (rear windshield is intact) - Interior is dusty due to the broken window Selling as-is, where-is.
