Cemetery Plots - GreenLawn Memorial

3 cemetery plots at Greenlawn Memorial Garden, "Garden of the Last Supper" block P. These are family plots that my husband inherited. His grandfather bought them for his family back in the 50's and family members decided that they had no need or desire for them. If purchased directly from Greenlawn the price is $2,955 +hst per plot. My husband is asking $1,500 per plot plus a required transfer fee of $305 +hst. NOTE: If the plots are sold to different purchasers there is a transfer fee for each. If 1 individual buys all three, only one transfer fee. Each plot can have 3 interments.
