White fold down compact multi-use desk

Originally bought on Wayfair for $440. I've moved and no longer need it. See photos of original listing with full size dimensions. Great condition, gently used. Still has the protective clear plastic wrap on the front surfaces. One small chip on side shelf. Side shelf is height adjustable. Room inside for storage and a dedicated laptop compartment. Unfinished back (see photo). Recommend using wall hooks to help stabilize it when the desk flap is open and in use. Pick up only in the Parkdale neighbourhood.
