Brand new black VEVOR towel warmer cabinet model RTD-23A has a 23L capacity. It includes a UV sterilization function. There is a dent on the top metal panel and a crack on the upper right corner of the plastic door frame during delivery, but it doesn't affect the product, just a cosmetic damage.
