(New) Pelican Kayak - Mustang 100X

Never used Pelican recreational kayak (single seat) designed with fishing in mind. Green and yellow colour scheme. Includes seat and storage hatch. Great for paddling on calm waters. No paddles or car straps though. Bought it a year ago and thought I’d make it out but have not been able to and given up on the idea. Now it is just driving me absolutely MAD taking up a ridiculous amount of space in my 1 bd apt. Pickup only and price is FIRM, I will sell to whoever can pick it up first. No holds. I live on the 1st floor of a tower at the Southgate village so should be easy to pick it up. It’s 10 ft long and weighs 40lbs. Truck or kayak hoist equipment needed- doubt a car alone can pick this thing up.
